Pomegranate Peel is an antioxidant resurfacing treatment that contains 15% L-Lactic Acid plus fruit enzymes and Pomegranate Seed Oil. It's designed to gently exfoliate away surface skin cells and pore-clogging impurities, while infusing the skin with antioxidants including Resveratrol and Green Tea Extract.
CosMedix Pomegranate Peel includes purified Chirally Correct L-Lactic acid and fruit enzymes. L-Lactic Acid has a larger molecular size and is self neutralising, therefore is much easier to tolerate than glycolic acid peels. Non-acid peel that uses Vitamin A and C to stimulate renewal within the skin. Using a blend of 10% encapsulated Retinol AGP complex with 20% L-Ascrobic Acid, the Chirally Correct version of Vitamin C. Plus enzymes to assist with gentle resurfacing to allow peel absorption and best results.
Suitable for all skin types, beneficial for sensitive skins that would normally struggle to tolerate a peel treatment particular good at treating Rosacea, very inflamed acne skin, helping to reduce redness and strengthen the skin.
It doesn’t require any prior prep (although best results are achieved when using a Cosmedix Vitamin A at home) and can be done as often as every 2-4 weeks (depending on the results you’re trying to achieve). The CosMedix Elite D-Tox Peel is synergistic blend of Chirally Correct acids that work deep within the skin to fight bacteria and heal acne lesions. The D-Tox Peel is a moderate-depth metabolic peel. This medical-strength exfoliating peel is excellent for all grades of acne, impure skin conditions and Rosacea sub-type 2 (Acne Rosacea).

We recommend to use Vitamin A and AHA’s in your home care programme 2 weeks prior the treatment. There is some heat involved with this treatment, Fitzpatrick skin types IV-VI require a longer pre-peel prep programmed also need to include additional tyrosinase inhibitors to help to build skins tolerance and regulate pigment, reducing the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).
